E26- Conversation with Anxiety Expert and Intuitive Annamarie Green

Today I talked to Annamarie Green, she is the CEO/Founder of You Got This Emotional Wellness who has an amazing podcast called the Optimist Chronicles and the creator of the Anxiety Languages. 

She is a clinical therapist, intuitive healer,  anxiety expert and coach, epileptic single mother, and emotional cheerleader who helps people find direction, clarity and healing by using their anxiety to create a life they love. 

 

In this episode Annamarie shares;

 -Her two favourite childhood memories and her strongest childhood memories.
