Let's take a moment to feel what it feels like to pour love, gratitude, and happiness to the people you love the most. Let's allow that feeling and energy to expand from your heart to the people and beings around you. Remind yourself through this meditation that it is possible to extend this love, because how you respond is up to you and is in your control.
