Mid-Session 29 Jan 2021: Market bounces back from Thursday’s slump

The Australian sharemarket is lifting by ~0.7% on Friday, recouping a portion of Thursday’s more significant 1.9% tumble. Gains are being held back by losses from mining and bank stocks.
