Former Amazon logistics guru on the future of multi-channel retailing

Amazon’s former head of European real estate, Raimund Paetzmann, has joined German ecommerce company Zolando as corporate vice president of real estate.

EG spoke to him about his new role, and how his previous experience being at the helm of the world's largest e-tailer had given him insight into the future of multi-channel retailing.
