​These 30-minute experiential conversations are informal, supportive, energizing, practical and playful. Each day we'll start out by checking in with where we are emotionally; choosing thoughts that serve us; and being playful and lighthearted as we interact (some additional playful components included.) All emotions serve a purpose and this is simply a way to bring in mindfulness and deeper connection to your innate power. Come as you are! ;-)
