The Poetry Show Podcast Recorded LIVE July 5, 2023, 7 AM Host: Janet Harrison and John Case An interview with Tom Donlon
Tom Donlon is a long time "Poet in Residence" in Jefferson County, West Virginia. His poems frequently highlight his family, including 6 children. He experiments with diverse voices and poetical styles. Today he includes an inspired example of a strict poetic form called a "villanelle", which he dedicated to me! I kept asking HOW could one write such a thing!
Check out Tom's new book. It can also be found at the Four Seasons Bookstore in Shepherdstown, WV.
