Today’s guest is a clinical sexologist, psychotherapist, a TEDx speaker, author, and consultant. She has published two books on relationships and has a Podcast (Fix Yourself First) on the same subject. We’re going to use all that expertise to learn a whole lot about what healthy relationship looks like, the role each partner plays in maintaining its strength, how to effectively communicate issues in a relationship, and how to avoid getting trapped in a toxic relationship. We also talk about how the COVID-19 and the isolation that followed has led to breakdowns in familial and romantic relationships.
