About Michael Kurn:

Michael Kurn is a dynamic leader and project manager working as a Special Projects Lead. Most recently working on the international stage in Oman advising and part of the leadership team for the Hockey 5s World Cup.

He is the Founder of Desire Dream Vision and a Leadership Coach and Mentor, committed to empowering individuals and teams to reach their full potential. 

Michael also serves as a reserve officer in the Royal Logistics Corps, commissioning from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in 2022, bringing military discipline and strategic insight to his leadership approach. He also boasts three years of experience in local governance as a Councillor at Winchester City Council, where he honed his skills in community engagement and public service.

Michael's career began in 2008 in local radio, where he discovered his passion for presenting. His journey has led him to host significant events across the globe, including the work on the Olympic and Paralympic Games as well as presenting the Premier League across the globe for IMG on television and covering the National League on BT/TNT Sports.
