Walking Through Glass: The Podcast is not about breaking through the "glass ceiling" it is about the struggle we face as women on our journey which I’ve coined "walking through glass".

Our conscious conversations are unscripted and real. They tell our stories and share how we do our best to navigate fear, anxiety, depression, imposter syndrome, limited beliefs, negative self-talk and other BS (belief systems).

Mira is an event professional with extensive experience in event management, volunteer recruitment and strategic manpower planning, and a passion for people, events and details.

She recruits, trains and manages anywhere from 200 to 2,000 volunteers for races and events such as The San Francisco Marathon, The Berkeley HalfMarathon, Mountains 2 Beach Marathon, Ventura Marathon & Beach Party, Santa to the Sea Half-Marathon, Lexus LaceUp Running Series, Malibu HalfMarathon, Irvine Half-Marathon, CTS Figueroa Mountain Gran Fondo, Phil Gaimon’s Malibu Gran Cookie Fondo, SIPurbia Wine & Beer Festival, The Dime Picnic, among others.
