Episode 10 Ashley Horn

Today’s guest is Ashley Horn, a 2001 graduate of Potomac High School, a thrower that competed in the Shot Put, Discus and Javelin went on to Morgan State University. Prior to getting there she set the county record in the Shot Put tossing the 4k shot 42’ 10”.  A Washington Post All-Met, All County in 2000 and 2001. She is now the Head Volleyball Coach & Assistant Track Coach at DuVal High School in Lanham, MD. Join us for a great conversation about her story and PG County Athletics.
