Days of our Lives on the NBC Peacock network gears up for a flurry of comings and goings, with a massive return roster confirmed for Doug Williams' (Bill Hayes) funeral. Fans will witness heartwarming tributes to Hayes' character, coupled with a storyline death for Doug Williams, set to coincide with Susan Seaforth Hayes's 80th birthday. 

Major returns include Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves), Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford), Belle Black (Martha Madison), Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer), and Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal). A potential role swap for Robert Scott Wilson from Alex Kiriakis to Ben Weston is also anticipated on DOOL. 

In other casting news, Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) returns as all charges against him are dropped. Also, Gabi Hernandez, portrayed by new actress Cherie Jimenez, will soon be released from prison. Tensions rise between Stefan and EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) as they navigate power struggles within the DiMera Enterprises. Lastly, a mystery character played by Al Calderon will soon appear on the show, sparking theories of a Dario Hernandez recast.
