Ceremony, the monthly club night at The Nines in Dallas, presents a collection of political Gothic Rock and Dark Postpunk songs.

There are newer bands (Tears for the Dying, Christ vs Warhol, Shadow Age) alongside foundational bands (Siouxsie and the Banshees, The Cure, Killing Joke) and others here, all playing anti-fascist, anti-racist, anti-sexist, pro-LGBTQ, anti-war, and anti-capitalist tracks. This is not an exhaustive song list, and in fact there may be a Part 2. There were other songs I wanted to include, but also I wanted to keep this episode to 90 minutes or less. There'll also be a separate post that will serve as a kind of "liner notes" for this episode, explaining why these particular songs were chosen. Enjoy the music!
