Deb Lund -- Episode 30 -- Fiction Magic

Deb Lund joins the program this week to talk about creativity and how she harnesses her own to create children's picture books. She is a traditionally published author and shares the story of how she boldly sent her story to the editors at Harper Collins and was accepted. Deb is a creativity coach and has developed some Fiction Magic Card Tips and Tricks for Authors that help move the story forward. We use the cards to talk about prolonging the suspense in a novel. One of her best tips for ensuring your creativity is to not beat yourself up for beating yourself up.
