'Everything starts with "Who Am I?"' says Viviane, who began her journey in her early 20s after an existential crisis. Later in life, after witnessing the transformative benefits of founding & practicing Myoku, Viviane was inspired to help others embark on their own journeys to self-empowerment and awakening by aligning with their true nature/Self. Myoku©, is a Zen mind-body practice designed to develop inner peace and align with one's life mission. Viviane is a member of the Kwan Um School of Zen (USA), and her Buddhist name is Myong Oh. Viviane holds a 2nd Dan in Kyokushin Karate (IKO) and a certificate in Tai Chi Chuan from the New York Shaolin Center. She is also a Usui Reiki master with a background in kinesiology. Her Zen practice, combined with her martial arts experience, forms the foundation of Myoku.

Viviane holds a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature and a B.S. in Biology. She has taught at the university level and worked on Wall Street in NYC, where she developed Myoku. She has published numerous articles on meditation and spirituality in online magazines such as SivanaEast, as well as several novels based on Zen and fantasy, including 'The Three Desert Stones,' available on Amazon. Currently, Viviane is working on a Myoku manifesto, set to be released in the spring of 2025.

Viviane is affiliated with Humanity’s Team organization and shares their mission to make conscious living the future of humanity. She has conducted Myoku workshops in the USA, Canada, France, and Norway. Everything Viviane does and writes is meant to inspire others to awaken and embark on their transformative journeys toward self-realization. The 21st century needs conscious leaders!
