Generational Healing, Mom-Guilt, Self-Care, and Balancing Careers with Karina Sicairos, LCSW

Hello Everyone! 

A new episode of my podcast has been dropped! This episode is with my dear friend and colleague Karina Sicairos, LCSW. Karina and I have been friends for many years. One thing about our friendship is that we can talk for hours! Since we always have the best conversations, we decide to record one of these platicas for the podcast! During our conversation, we talked about generational healing in the midst of raining children and caring for our aging parents. We also talked about self-care and why it is critical to have a solid practice! We both opened up about our fertility journeys, career pressures, and what inspires us to keep working with the populations we serve. I opened up more than in the prior episodes, and I forgot we were recording. In short, this was total comadres episode!
