Growing up in India as a cricket mad youngster, Bharat Sundaresan is a world-renowned, award-winning cricket writer and commentator who now resides in the Adelaide Hills.

Formerly a cricket writer with The Indian Express, Bharat is now the Australian correspondent and senior writer for Cricbuzz, the no.1 cricket website in the world.

Bharat has become well known for his outlandish fashion and his distinctive long hair and also stands out as a distinctive voice.

He is a wordsmith wizard who captures the essence of the game in a way that resonates with readers across the globe.

On our chat we spoke about Bharat’s love of the West Indies growing up, his thoughts on the future of test cricket, the recent feud about Mitch Johnson and Dave Warner and Bharat shares the time he first met West Indian quick Patrick Patterson and why it was extra special.
