Mid-Session 5 Feb 19: Market rallies almost 2% to highest level since October

Financial stocks are surging ahead on Tuesday with the sector up 4.6% following the release of the Hayne Royal Commission Final Report. The ASX 200 is up 111 points or 1.9% to 6,002.
