The Devil’s Tramping Ground

In the middle of North Carolina on the aptly named "Devil's Tramping Ground Rd" sits a barren spot of land in the woods where supposedly no vegetation grows and no animals cross or stand. Over many decades the site has been rumored to be where the Devil himself angrily walks every night, where an Indigenous battle raged between two warring tribes or where a UFO landed and left in its wake a spot where so much radiation soaked into the soil, it forever remains tainted.
