With over a decade of experience, I am deeply passionate about enhancing women's health and metabolic wellness. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Louisiana at Monroe and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati.  My practice is rooted in a holistic approach where I focus on addressing the underlying causes of health issues like weight gain, perimenopause, menopause, and PCOS. I believe true wellness starts from within and am committed to helping my patients achieve their best health by optimizing hormone balance and improving their metabolic health.
