Mit dem 17. Sanktionspaket riss die EU die Fundamente des Rechtsstaates noch ein großes Stück weiter ein. Es ist eine Gefahr für alle und jeden: Denn wo es kein Recht mehr gibt, wird niemand ruhig schlafen können. Paradoxerweise auch die Willkürtäter von heute nicht.
