From her early start traveling the world with the Peace Corps to becoming Head Foresight Strategist for Dolby Labs, Tessa Finlev’s mission has been to gather a deep understanding of what it means to be human through multiple contexts and experiences. Her global insights, futures thinking and unconventional path have led her to the conclusion that: only by engaging as many people as possible will the work that is being done today, successfully transform the work that needs to be done for the emergent future. As a mother of two small children and a richly diverse existence that spans Africa to Denmark, Tessa believes that by embodying all we want the future to be, we can make it so for generations to come.
