This week our guest is Kyaien Conner, a clinical social worker, associate professor of mental health law and politics, and Vice President for the National Alliance on Mental Illness for the state of Florida. Dr. Conner is a woman of many talents and insights, and shares during this episode her uniquely informed perspective on state of mental healthcare for African Americans, both as it has been and where it could be heading.
