We are in the stillness, swimming through it’s space, and if we reach into the present we can find our peace today. Do you hear it under foot as your shoes trample the grass, or in the trees as wind gushes through, or as water flows to fill your bath? Is your stillness in the moment that morning tea touches your lips? Can you taste it in your evening as your tongue melts some chocolate? Do you notice stillness everywhere, deep peace, contentment flowing? The stillness of our ever now, ever here, and always growing.
