TGIM, it's Monday (and Leap Year 2016) and everyone shares how their weekends were, with the beautiful weather the Chicago/Illinois area had with a Spring-like feel, however everyone shares their weekend in terms of work going on and Father Anthony reminds us that every day is a new day and starts off the show light, but then turns toward a heavy subject regarding things he read recently that he finds disturbing, which is related to the Oscars, which was on last night and how people are getting sick of that show, with people being angry about a lot of things too, such as Donald Trump saying various things during his Presidential Campaign. The questions raised by Father Anthony here around these disturbing things are: "Is the Devil winning?" and "Do we have a punishing God?" With these in mind, Father Anthony shares articles related to things he read, as well as talking about movies or recent movies with critics reactions read, surrounding Catholic beliefs and possible anti-Catholic things. With these questions raised, that is: "Is the Devil Winning?" and "Do we have a punishing God?" Father Anthony allows everyone; Christina, Gerri, and Tony to share their answers to these questions. This also, possibly due to the fact that Easter is coming up, Father Anthony brings up Moses and his first time visiting God, as well as dealing with the Spiritual Battle that Father Anthony brings up now and again with the Devil and God against each other. This brings to mind how things have changed in the world, which everyone uses the sitcom as an example, such as earlier sitcoms provided some kind of educational or moral lesson surrounding the episode(s), but now how things are more accepted on them.
