Mid-Session 7 Nov 16: Local shares bounce off 4-month lows hit Friday

The Australian market is rising 0.8% at lunch following the FBI announcing an end to its Clinton email probe just two days out from the US election. Westpac (WBC) is rising strongly following its annual earnings, which offered few surprises.
