Episode #59: Cruising in the Light and Shadow is back with a special Summer Solstice Episode! Saturday, June 20 was Summer Solstice. I held an online celebration that I’m excited to share with you. Solstice (Midsummer) marks the longest day of the year. There is a time-honored tradition to prepare for the rest of the year ahead. We can set new intentions and renew older plans and purpose as we carry on. More is explained as you listen along.
