LREF 2017: what next for Elephant & Castle?

Elephant and Castle is undergoing major regeneration, with over £3bn of public and private money being invested in the area. By 2025 more than 5,000 new and replacement homes will have been built in the neighbourhood, with at least 1,650 being affordable homes.
