S3.Ep35 - Apology Languages and Essays: Why do we never let things go?

A few years ago, the phenomenon that is "Love Languages" by Gary Chapman swept social space and restructured love and relationships. 
Now we are back with apology languages. How do you apologize? Like to be told "I'm sorry"

Your host @adewus4real says that "I'm sorry" is just as important as "I love you" and may be even more important. What say you?
