In our fourth instalment Han & Bec walk the tightrope, run the gauntlet of discussing veganism, meat shaming and what it means to have a plant based diet.

The ladies learn about how hard it is to balance and navigate trying to be healthy in this world and gain much respect for all people who are making the sacrifice for our beautiful blue ball. Han discovers that Bec really does not enjoy the act of drinking out of a mason jar.
