Liz Turner: A friend creating unique approaches to recovery by creating a community of hikers in the U.K. talks about the program she has developed called "Hike To Heal" on this show. 

Living with COPD and a past of addiction, she has changed her life, as well as many others, with the passion of hiking in exchange for the bottle. In this podcast, we learn how Bingo and Trivia turned into a recovery program like no other.

 

At 7 years sober, she is the founder of Liz Tuner Empowerment Coaching which has enabled her to have the freedom to treat individuals in things that have worked. A believer in setting the past aside to focus on the now, she has become a silent mentor and advocate for change.
