170 The Boston Marathon Bombing

On April 15th 2013, two young men set off two homemade bombs towards the finish line at the Boston Marathon. Within 5 days they would be brought to justice. However, not before killing a police officer, car jacking a Mercedes Benz SUV, getting in to a shoot out with Watertwon Police, and forcing the city of Boston to go on a pre-covid lock down.  Conspiracy theorists called this a false flag while others call this victory in the war on terror. We're not saying any of the but we do think this is a super interesting piece of history.
