Supervisor Jasmine,

I've reformatted my missives to you, starting with this one, and left the 'marketing babble' to our marketing department, as requested. Thank you for the feedback.

I apologize for the clarity of this capture, the crystal has been picking up arcane interference. Jesse is still working on a solution. 

This group seems to have potential. They've made much progress since our last capture. We'll continue to monitor them, along with the others.
