A long-awaited conversation, I sat down with girl boss, business owner and beauty obsessed Florence Adepoju of MDMflow and Flow Beauty Co. From humble beginnings in retail to formulating her own lipsticks at home - Florence has successfully built the iconic hip-hop inspired makeup brand MDM Flow. Gaining international attention from heavy weight publications Vogue, Elle and Grazia, to name a few, Florence shows how self-belief, faith and hard work can make anything possible.
