Legacy is a tricky thing. Helmut Zemo, the man who drove the Avengers to civil war, reclaims his noble title of Baron and leverages his knowledge of HYDRA's secrets to work with the heroes. Meanwhile, Bucky must reclaim his deadly legacy as the Winter Soldier to infiltrate the seedy underworld of Madripoor, while Falcon discovers their actions have left people like Sharon Carter in the wind to deal with the fallout. All while John Walker grows more desperate to find leads on the Flag-Smashers, as Karli grows more extreme in her actions.
