The former Hartpury man has helped Chinnor into the second-tier for the very first time, after they secured the National One title in victory over Birmingham Moseley two weeks ago.

He spoke to Charlie Beckett about the title winning campaign, excitement to be back in the Champ, and the challenges that await in 24/25.
