“Phil Hogan should be out of a job” – Matt Carthy

Phil Hogan should be out of a job and someone else should become Ireland’s next EU Commissioner.

That’s according to Sinn Féin MEP Matt Carthy who has branded him “a complete failure”.

The Taoiseach is putting forward the outgoing Commissioner for Agriculture for another five-year term.
