When we received the press release that the American Civil Liberties Union - Iowa Chapter had released a "Legislative Report Card" we wanted to learn more.  Our guest is Cristina Kineslla who was kind enough to come in and talk about what are civil liberties and how citizens can use the report card to engage their Iowa Legislators.
