Költon Widell has a passion for creativity and a story that needed to be told. Despite only being 19, he has learned how to handle his ego and obtain a strong mindset. As we talk about in the podcast, ego can overtake people's lives in a negative way or it can show people guidance in a positive way. Our ego tends to feed off of emotions and for Költon he has acknowledged these emotions, but even more so when creating music.
Music has the ability to make us feel, heal, and compress so many of our emotions. For Költon, this speaks exactly true on all counts. He expresses the 'life high' he receives when performing, the ways it allows him branch out and show his true self, and also how without his own knowledge, it allowed him to compress a traumatizing memory for years. Music can act as an escape route for some, but as Költon proves, it can also be an amazing way to express passion, love, and creativity.
