Mid-Session 21 Oct 19: ASX 200 eases as investors start the week in a cautious manner

The ASX 200 fell by as much as 37pts in opening trade on Monday following in the footsteps of US markets at the weekend. A saving grace has been a modest recovery that halved the early loss.
