COVID-19 Update: May 2022 State of the Pandemic

 

After we endured the massive omicron surge in January, much lower COVID numbers in the community have offered some relief for families. We’re calling it a lull in the pandemic, and Dr. Patty Manning-Courtney and Dr. Josh Schaffzin join us this week to discuss how we should behave in a pandemic lull – when cases are more manageable, but not zero. We also discuss why it is vital to continue to mask in healthcare settings and bust some myths about COVID variants.
