Today, Niti finds herself discontent with the labyrinthine nature of the modern food industry. She is critical of its reliance on technical jargon, unnecessary fees, fines, and the need for costly subscriptions just to earn labels like 'organic.'

She believes in the interplay of mind, body, and spirit to cultivate true happiness, advocating for a balanced approach to life.
