Days of our Lives fans are in for a treat as baby time approaches for characters Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) and Tate Black (Leo Howard). The Salem High School's graduation ceremony takes an unexpected turn when Sophia goes into labor. As the teens prepare to receive their diplomas, the arrival of Sophia and Tate's baby could potentially result in a cliffhanger moment on the NBC Peacock soap opera.

Days of our Lives spoilers confirm that Sophia's labor begins at the school, which may lead to a host of complications. Given Sophia's recent health issues, including high blood pressure and a period of bed rest, there are concerns for both her and the baby's wellbeing. 

DOOL fans see that hints have been dropped about a possible DNA swap post-birth. Aaron Greene (Louis Tomeo), another high school graduate, is a potential candidate for the baby's father. This could open doors for Tate to reconcile with Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis), while leaving Sophia and Aaron to face their own issues.

Days of our Lives also sees a possibility of Sophia and Tate's baby being adopted. Sophia had hoped for an immediate adoption post-birth, to avoid getting attached to the baby. However, the situation could change if Tate meets the baby and decides against giving it up. Another twist could see Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) stepping in to adopt the baby, a move that would require her to convince her husband, Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman), who was previously against the idea.
