In today’s episode, I have the pleasure of speaking to a truly inspiring guest who embodies the transformative power of mindfulness. Ten years ago, Rachel was living life in the fast lane, a self-proclaimed "mile-a-minute woman" with a demanding career in the NHS.
But then, her world shifted dramatically, due so some dramatic health challenges, which also became the catalyst for profound change.
Through her journey, Rachel discovered mindfulness, and it quite literally gave her, her life back. Now, as a dedicated mindfulness coach, she helps others find that same peace and presence and discuss how we can benefit from mindfulness at any stage in life, but particularly how it can benefit us in midlife.

ABOUT THE HOST:
Anel’s passion to help others, is evident from her professional life, having worked extensively within Recruitment, Human Resources and the Third Sector.
This passion is predominately the inspiration for her podcast.
Blindsided by the perimenopause, when it took hold with a vengeance at the start of Lockdown, Anél is fiercely passionate about raising more awareness of the perimenopause, menopause and post menopause, and will tackle many taboo subjects head on, as she is a strong believer in ‘knowledge is power’.
