Elmarie Hyman, Elmarie is the founder of Learn Beyond The Book, a Homeschool & hybrid school interactive, full with small-group classes where you get to pick what, where, and how your child wants to learn!  

These Alternative education resources support self-directed learning and can be customized for each child nationally & internationally.  The classes are held via interactive Zoom courses with live teachers as well as in-person in the Santa Clarita and San Fernando Valley.  

Elmarie has a passion for student-centered and relationship-based education and strives to accomplish that goal through means that go way beyond the textbook. She loves using projects, games, and hands-on learning while teaching, which is evident in the classes that she offers, For example a curriculum she developed call  Where’s the Money designed for teaching Economics, Finance, and Entrepreneurship.
