THE BLEEDING AND THE SLEEPING CHURCH PART1

Did you know that Jairus means ‘the enlightened one?’ This man new something spectacular about Jesus. Jairus’ daughter who was 12 years old died, whiles the woman with the issue of blood, bleed for 12 years. This means Jairus’ daughter was born on the same day the woman's bleeding started. The sleeping Church here represents Jairus’ daughter and the bleeding Church, the woman with the issue of blood. The woman with the issue of blood was an outcast and was not permitted to be seen out or else she will be stoned or killed because of her bleeding problem. (Lev 15:25) Anything this woman touched or sat on became ceremonially unclean under the law until the evening sacrifice. She had heard something good about Jesus and was so positive that she will get her healing by faith when she touches the hem of Jesus's garment. Her issue is the same as the Church, because the Church hasn’t seen Jesus but has heard of Him. Hearing the message of Jesus is what brings about our Faith and makes it easy for men to receive Jesus!
