General Hospital early weekly spoilers for Dec 4-8 has Ava Jerome (Maura West) confronting Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) and it's got to be about Austin Galtin-Holt's (Roger Howarth) murder.

Plus, GH next week spoilers see Molly Lansing (Kristen Vaganos) sharing an idea with TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) possibly involving Kristina Corinthos (Kate Mansi) as a surrogate for their child. 

Drew Cain's (Cameron Mathison) plan is revealed to Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), while Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) shares his findings with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). Later, he and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) update Laura Spencer (Genie Francis). 

Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) has a tense encounter with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez), while Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) and Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) reminisce about their past, possibly about Bobbie Spencer (Jackie Zeman). 

Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) brings hope to Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) with news of an experimental treatment. Last, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) reflects on her past, hinting at a possible connection to Bobbie Spencer's long awaited death storyline and tribute to Jacklyn Zeman on the ABC soap opera.
