In each moment, ask yourself, “What would Love with a capital L do?”

As spiritual beings, it’s possible that on a soul level, we’ve pre-planned our lives—even the really hard stuff, like trauma and challenges. But once we’re here, free will gives us the ability to choose how we respond.

It takes a lot of courage to face life’s challenges, and I deeply respect all of you soul warriors for turning up and navigating your journey. In therapy and in healing, we can start to find meaning in these experiences, seeing them not just as events but as opportunities for growth and learning.

Our choices matter. How we respond—from fear or love—shapes our path. Spirit never violates our free will, so we have the freedom to make the best or worst choices, and everything in between. It’s not about perfection; it’s about nudging ourselves toward love, healing, and alignment.
