I was on a flight home from Amsterdam last year when I watched FREE SOLO. It’s a documentary about Alex Honnold free-climbing Yosemite’s El Capitan. Right away, I knew Alex and I had nothing in common – I mean… I hate heights and I’m 6’6”… do you even know what it’s like living with that kind of daily contradiction???
