Surrendering to God is our victory

Last month, Bishop Frank J. Caggiano was preparing to go with Catholic Relief Services to Ghana. Bishop spent months doing the physical and spiritual prep work - and then, because of circumstances outside of his control, he could not go at the very last minute.
