In this episode, Clare provides a simple self-healing ritual to unblock and align your chakras using the powerful energies of crystals.

- Root Chakra — at the base of your spine, grounding and safety.: Red Jasper, Smokey Quartz, Hematite.
- Sacral Chakra — just below your navel, creativity and sensuality.: Carnelian, Orange Calcite, Sunstone.
- Solar Plexus Chakra — upper abdomen, confidence and personal power: Citrine, Tiger’s Eye, Pyrite.
- Heart Chakra — center of the chest, love and compassion: Rose Quartz, Green Aventurine, Malachite.
- Throat Chakra — throat area, communication and truth: Blue Lace Agate, Sodalite, Aquamarine.
- Third Eye Chakra — between your eyebrows, intuition and insight: Amethyst, Lapis Lazuli, Fluorite.
- Crown Chakra — top of the head, connection to the divine: Clear Quartz, Selenite, Lepidolite.
RITUAL
Step 1: Set the Space
Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. Dim the lights, light a candle, maybe burn some incense or play soft music. Create a space that feels sacred.
Step 2: Choose Your Crystals
Pick one crystal for each chakra, or just focus on one area you feel needs healing. If you're not sure where to begin, Clear Quartz is a beautiful all-rounder that amplifies energy and can be used for any chakra.
Step 3: Lie Down and Place the Crystals
Gently place the crystals on each chakra point … starting at your root and moving upward. Take deep, slow breaths and visualize each chakra glowing with its corresponding colour. As you breathe, imagine the energy spinning freely, releasing any stuck emotions or tension.
Step 4: Intention is Everything
Silently or out loud, say an affirmation for each chakra. For example:
"I am safe and grounded" (Root)
"I allow creativity to flow freely" (Sacral)
"I stand in my personal power" (Solar Plexus)
"I give and receive love freely" (Heart)
"I speak my truth with clarity" (Throat)
"I trust my intuition" (Third Eye)
"I am connected to divine wisdom" (Crown)
Step 5: Relax and Receive
Stay in this meditative state for at least 10–15 minutes. Let the crystals do their work. You may feel tingling, warmth, or emotions rise to the surface, just let it all flow.
Step 6: Ground and Close
When you're ready, slowly sit up, thank your crystals, and drink a glass of water to ground your energy.
